About me...
Even as a child, I was passionate about cooking. Many of my first recipes came from my mother, with whom I spent hours in the kitchen. This early enthusiasm for good food remains at the core of Meier's Catering to this day.
Born in New York and raised between New York and England, I was influenced by a variety of tastes and cultures. Later, I worked on regenerative farms in England, Austria, and Australia. There, I not only learned the value of healthy eating but also developed a deep understanding of food production. Therefore, I use local ingredients wherever possible.
I completed my culinary training in Austria and won awards at regional and national competitions.
